BIOGRAPHY
Tom Butler was born in London in 1979, but currently resides between his home town and Portland, Maine (ME). He gained a BA from Chelsea College of Art and Design, before his MFA in Sculpture at the Slade School of Fine Art (2005-2007). His first solo exhibition Co-respondence was in 2009, hosted by Madame Lillies in London. His work is held by The British Museum, Soho House, Quintessentailly, The Caldic Collection, The Netherlands, SØR Rusche Collection, University of Maine, Museum of Art, United States, Ogunquit Museum of American Art, ME, United States and private collections in France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, UK and the USA.
