BIOGRAPHY
Rebekah Sheldon is Assistant Professor of English at Indiana University where she specializes in gender and queer theory, speculative philosophy, and contemporary science fiction and fantasy literature. Her book, The Child to Come: Life After the Human Condition (University of Minnesota Press), received honorary mention for the 2016 Science Fiction and Technoscience Studies Award from University of California-Riverside. Her essays on theory and magic have appeared in e-flux, symplokē, rhizomes, Angelaki, and the edited collection, The Nonhuman Turn.
