Mary Vaughan

Mary Vaughan, MA, MAT, E-RYT, YACEP, is a mother, high school literature teacher, poet, yoga teacher focused on the esoteric aspects, healer, and entrepreneur. Her business, Premascension: Yoga, Healing, and the Power of Writing is located in Lake Charles, Louisiana, where she works privately with individuals and with groups primarily sharing the potent and ancient practice of Yoga Nidra, meditation, and shamanic energy medicine. Her personal spiritual practice involves the aforementioned as well as trance through dance and mantra chanting. Her poetry has been previously published in the Tulane Review and ABRAXAS: Journal of Esoteric Studies.
